Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and stakeholder requirements to define system specifications
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories, process flows, and wireframes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize product backlogs and ensure alignment with strategic goals
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including BRDs, UAT scripts, and process diagrams
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to elicit requirements and validate solutions
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (including Power Pivot), and process modeling tools
- Agile/Scrum certification or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Exceptional communication abilities to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with CRM or ERP system implementations
