Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and data to identify optimization opportunities
- Translate stakeholder requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and maintain product backlogs
- Develop comprehensive documentation including process flows and user stories
- Create data visualizations and KPI dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Facilitate workshops with C-suite executives and department heads
- Validate solutions through UAT and ensure successful implementation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS or tech
- Expertise in process modeling (BPMN) and data analysis (SQL)
- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PMP preferred
- Proven track record with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile methodologies
- Advanced Excel and data visualization skills
- Experience with enterprise ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
