Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Develop detailed data models and KPI dashboards using SQL, Power BI, and Tableau
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align cross-functional teams on project objectives
- Create comprehensive process documentation and user acceptance test plans
- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Identify process improvement opportunities and quantify ROI for proposed solutions
- Maintain JIRA backlogs and ensure seamless delivery of business solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology or manufacturing
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent strongly preferred
- Proven experience documenting requirements using UML and flowcharts
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and SDLC frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and API integrations
