Responsibilities
- Analyze healthcare workflows and translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Create data visualizations and KPI dashboards using Power BI/Tableau
- Lead stakeholder workshops to define product roadmaps for EMR integrations
- Document processes using UML diagrams and user stories in Jira
- Validate system implementations through UAT and regression testing
- Present findings to executive leadership with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or Healthcare Analytics (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years' experience as Business Analyst in healthcare/tech
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data modeling tools
- Certification in CBAP, PMP, or Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proven track record documenting complex healthcare workflows
- Exceptional stakeholder management across technical/non-technical teams
- Experience with Epic EMR or Cerner systems highly desirable
