Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate technical specifications for development teams
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including BRDs and UML diagrams
- Implement QA processes to ensure solution alignment with business goals
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and champion continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
- Strong experience with SDLC methodologies and Agile frameworks
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in fintech, healthcare, or logistics industries preferred
