Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in fintech or SaaS
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and requirement documentation tools
- Strong SQL skills with ability to analyze complex datasets
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent
