Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end requirements gathering and documentation for enterprise-scale fintech projects
- Design and implement process improvements using BPMN and UML modeling techniques
- Translate complex business needs into detailed user stories and technical specifications
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and facilitate cross-functional workshops
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics using SQL and BI tools
- Perform gap analysis and recommend system enhancements
- Validate solution effectiveness through UAT coordination and post-implementation reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in financial services or fintech
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) or PMI-PMP preferred
- Expertise in process modeling and requirements documentation methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with experience translating data into strategic recommendations
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting to C-level executives
