Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end requirements gathering and analysis for enterprise-level projects
- Translate complex business needs into actionable technical specifications and user stories
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and create process flow diagrams using Visio/BPMN
- Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities
- Develop detailed business cases with ROI projections and risk assessments
- Collaborate with Agile teams to ensure seamless solution delivery
- Document and maintain system requirements in Jira/Confluence
Qualifications
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS or technology sector
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum Master) preferred
- Strong proficiency in process mapping and workflow optimization
- Experience with healthcare or fintech compliance frameworks (HIPAA, SOX)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executive stakeholders
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
