Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to elicit business requirements and document functional specifications
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and visualization tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams
- Facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams to align on project scope and deliverables
- Create comprehensive documentation including BRDs, SRS, and test cases
- Monitor project KPIs and provide regular status updates to executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with QA teams to validate solution effectiveness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or consulting
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
- Experience in financial services or SaaS industries
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time
