Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and implement data visualization dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Lead cross-functional workshops to document user stories and prioritize product backlogs
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements resulting in 15%+ efficiency gains
- Develop and maintain UML diagrams, user acceptance testing protocols, and project documentation
- Mentor junior analysts and champion agile methodologies across the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or fintech environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python, and data modeling tools (ER/Studio, Lucidchart)
- Proven track record delivering projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification in CBAP, PMP, or PMI-PBA strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level stakeholder management experience
