Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development teams
- Create detailed process flows, data models, and user stories to guide product development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and align with business objectives
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and validate solutions
- Document business processes and create comprehensive project documentation
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend data-driven solutions
- Validate system functionality through UAT and ensure business goals are met
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or SaaS environments
- Proficiency in SQL, JIRA, Confluence, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and requirement elicitation techniques
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholder management experience
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Proven track record of delivering successful business intelligence projects
