Responsibilities
- Analyze Business Processes: Evaluate current workflows and identify areas for optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Operations, and Management, to gather and document detailed business requirements.
- Data Analysis: Utilize SQL and Excel to analyze large datasets, create detailed reports, and present actionable insights to drive decision-making.
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops to define system requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process maps, use cases, and user stories.
- Project Support: Assist in project planning and execution, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a full-time capacity.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel functions (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) is mandatory.
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Tools: Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
