Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end requirements gathering process, including interviews, workshops, and surveys.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, concise functional specifications and user stories.
- Analyze current business processes and propose data-driven solutions for optimization.
- Collaborate with product managers and software developers to ensure technical feasibility.
- Create detailed process maps, wireframes, and flowcharts using Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or bottlenecks early in the lifecycle.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate deliverables against defined criteria.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in a full-time capacity.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
