Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and data requirements to drive strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and success metrics
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Facilitate workshops and translate technical requirements into actionable business solutions
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics to track project success
- Lead UAT cycles and ensure solution alignment with business objectives
- Mentor junior analysts and champion best practices in requirements management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in regulated industries
- Expertise in JIRA, Confluence, and SQL for data analysis
- Proven track record leading cross-functional projects from conception to delivery
- Strong proficiency in process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
