Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering and analysis for new feature development and system upgrades.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to define business requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications.
- Map and document current and future state business processes using BPMN and flowcharts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment across departments.
- Identify process improvements and optimization opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and coordinate go-to-market strategies with the marketing team.
- Maintain a repository of business requirements and technical documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or software development environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and facilitation.
- Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is a plus.
