Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit detailed business requirements and user stories.
- Process Modeling: Create comprehensive process maps, flowcharts, and wireframes using tools like Visio and Lucidchart.
- Data Analysis: Analyze complex datasets to identify business trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of business requirements, functional specifications, and system designs.
- Agile Leadership: Act as the liaison between technical teams (developers, QA) and non-technical business units.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
- Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
