Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify optimization opportunities
- Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and technical specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
- Develop and maintain data models and reporting dashboards
- Lead requirement gathering sessions with technical and non-technical teams
- Validate solutions through testing and quality assurance protocols
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience with night shift or remote work
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and business intelligence tools
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and JIRA/Confluence
