Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end requirement gathering sessions with global stakeholders during night hours
- Design and optimize data models using SQL, Tableau, and Power BI
- Create detailed process flows and documentation for cross-functional implementation
- Lead UAT testing cycles and validate system solutions against business objectives
- Present executive-ready dashboards and KPI reports to leadership teams
- Collaborate with offshore development teams during overlapping business hours
- Maintain JIRA tickets and track project milestones using Agile methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or Data Science (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst in 24/7 operational environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, ETL processes, and data visualization tools
- Strong background in healthcare or financial services compliance (HIPAA/SOX)
- Proven track record of documenting complex requirements in clear, actionable formats
- Certification in CBAP, PMP, or Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for cross-continental collaboration
- Ability to thrive in autonomous night shift work with minimal supervision
