Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements.
- Design and maintain comprehensive process maps, functional specifications, and user stories.
- Conduct data analysis using SQL, Excel, and visualization tools to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and workshops during evening hours.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to track project success and operational health.
- Act as a liaison between the business units and the IT development teams to ensure deliverables meet business needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technical or operational environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Experience working in a Night Shift or 24/7 operational environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data to diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
