Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define clear business objectives and technical specifications.
- Translate complex business needs into functional, user-friendly documentation, including user stories, wireframes, and process flows.
- Analyze current business operations and data workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvement strategies.
- Collaborate closely with development, QA, and product teams to ensure accurate implementation of solutions during the sprint cycles.
- Create and maintain detailed reports and dashboards to track KPIs and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and non-technical business units.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a preference for candidates in night shift or support roles.
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, or Power BI for data visualization and analysis.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Must be willing and available to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
