Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using data modeling and stakeholder interviews
- Develop detailed requirements documentation, user stories, and process flows for night shift operations

- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to ensure operational excellence during night shifts

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with night shift or 24/7 operations

- Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) or Agile certification (PMI-ACP) required
