Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business analysis for high-priority projects, translating complex requirements into clear functional specifications.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to define business goals, scope, and success criteria.
- Design and document detailed process flows, use cases, and user stories using Agile methodologies.
- Monitor project progress and identify risks or gaps in the process to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with QA and development teams to validate solutions and ensure business needs are met.
- Perform data analysis and create compelling reports to drive strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in the IT industry.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments and tools like JIRA or Confluence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
