Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, functional technical specifications for development teams.
- Design and maintain process maps, flowcharts, and wireframes using industry-standard tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Conduct gap analyses to identify areas for process improvement, system optimization, and cost reduction.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure alignment with key business goals and KPIs.
- Perform data analysis and generate reports to support executive decision-making and strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
