Responsibilities
- Translate business objectives into detailed technical requirements and user stories
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and process inefficiencies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize product features and roadmap development
- Design and maintain process flows, data models, and documentation
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present insights to executive leadership
- Validate solutions through UAT and ensure alignment with business goals
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis within tech or fintech
- Expertise in SQL, data visualization (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Strong proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR) a plus
