Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements using SQL, Python, and Tableau
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and technical documentation
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define project scope and success metrics
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance reports for executive leadership
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions
- Lead requirement-gathering sessions and translate business needs into technical specs
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis and ROI projections for proposed initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or finance
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes
- Proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong Agile/Scrum methodology experience
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) preferred
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on schedule
