Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for all strategic initiatives and operational inquiries.
- Revenue Growth: Proactively identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize contract value and customer lifetime value.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive account plans that align with both client goals and company objectives.
- Quarterly Business Reviews: Conduct high-level presentations and review sessions with executive stakeholders to track performance metrics and future roadmap.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure seamless service delivery and product alignment.
- Market Intelligence: Gather market feedback and competitor insights to provide actionable intelligence to leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field required; MBA is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in corporate account management, enterprise sales, or business development within a B2B environment.
- Track Record: Demonstrated history of exceeding sales targets and successfully retaining high-value enterprise clients.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to executive leadership.
- Tools: Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to think critically, solve problems creatively, and adapt to a fast-paced corporate environment.
