Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial and operational analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and forecasting tools to support annual budgets and long-term strategic planning.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership, ensuring clarity and accuracy of data.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments including Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align corporate strategies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead ad-hoc research projects to support new market expansion initiatives in the Southwest region.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate analysis, financial planning, or business intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and SQL.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings to diverse audiences.
- Must be eligible to work immediately in the United States without sponsorship.
