Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement corporate solutions.
- Create detailed documentation, including business requirements specifications and technical specifications.
- Monitor project KPIs and report on progress to senior management.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather stakeholder feedback and ensure alignment.
- Identify trends and opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate business analysis or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SQL.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
