Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication to ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and risk assessments.
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor project performance against KPIs and provide regular progress reports to executive leadership.
- Recruit, train, and mentor project management staff to ensure high-caliber performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in corporate project management or operations leadership.
- Proven experience in managing multi-million dollar budgets.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).
- PMP or CAPM certification is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
