Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models to solve real-world business challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, and Business) to identify opportunities for data-driven solutions.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies in large, complex datasets.
- Communicate complex findings and model performance metrics to non-technical stakeholders with clarity and precision.
- Optimize data pipelines and infrastructure to ensure high availability, scalability, and efficiency.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the technical roadmap of the data science team.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and SQL.
- Deep understanding of statistical concepts, probability, and machine learning algorithms (Supervised/Unsupervised Learning).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
