Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage highly available, scalable, distributed systems using cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure).
- Automate deployment pipelines and CI/CD workflows using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, and ArgoCD to reduce manual intervention.
- Ensure infrastructure security, compliance, and governance through rigorous IaC (Infrastructure as Code) practices with Terraform and Ansible.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement proactive measures to prevent downtime.
- Collaborate closely with software development teams to define best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives to maximize ROI on cloud resources.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or a similar role.
- Deep expertise in Linux administration and scripting (Python, Bash, or Go).
- Strong proficiency with containerization and orchestration, specifically Docker and Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and monitoring solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).
- Familiarity with security practices such as SSO (Okta/Keycloak) and vulnerability scanning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
