Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Next.js) and backend technologies (Node.js/Python).
- Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices and security standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define feature requirements and translate business goals into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Optimize application performance and ensure 99.99% uptime for our critical services.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on React, Node.js, or TypeScript.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite).
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote-first, agile environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
