Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for 2026, aligning with business goals.
- Lead architecture design for complex, scalable systems using microservices and cloud-native technologies.
- Guide the engineering team through technical debt reduction and modernization initiatives.
- Collaborate with product management to translate high-level business requirements into technical specifications.
- Drive innovation by researching and prototyping emerging technologies (AI, Web3, or Edge Computing).
- Mentor senior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust and cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
- Proven track record of leading teams through successful digital transformations.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
