- Quantum Integration: Spearhead the research and implementation of quantum-resistant encryption and hybrid quantum-classical computing solutions.
- System Modernization: Lead the migration of legacy monolithic systems to distributed, microservices-based cloud-native architectures.
- High-Performance Engineering: Optimize system throughput and latency, ensuring real-time processing capabilities for AI workloads.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of elite engineers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in systems architecture, cloud engineering (AWS/GCP/Azure), and software development.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, Go, and Neural Network frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
