The Role:
You will design and implement core architectural frameworks for our upcoming product lines. This role requires a deep understanding of distributed systems, AI integration, and cloud-native technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance systems aligned with the Vision 2026 roadmap.
- Lead technical strategy for cloud infrastructure migration and modernization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and technical specifications.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and ensure adherence to security best practices.
- Identify potential risks in system architecture and propose mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architect or lead role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Java and modern web frameworks.
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines and data architecture.
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and microservices architecture.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
