Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic planning and execution of our long-term technology roadmap, identifying emerging trends that will define the industry landscape.
- Lead Innovation Labs: Oversee R&D initiatives focused on next-generation technologies, including AI, Blockchain, and Edge Computing.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and implement robust, high-performance architectures that can handle future scalability requirements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product management and engineering teams to translate visionary concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical concepts to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders to drive buy-in.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and distributed systems.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated experience with emerging technologies (e.g., AI/ML, IoT, Quantum) and a strong interest in long-term trend forecasting.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at a senior level.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex architectural challenges and driving technical debt reduction.
