Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define and implement the core technical vision for the 2026 platform, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

- Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor a high-performing engineering squad, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Java, or Go, with experience in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Innovation: Proven track record of implementing innovative solutions and driving digital transformation.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
