Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the technical roadmap for the '2026 Initiative,' ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure microservices and distributed systems capable of handling high-volume data streams.
- R&D Direction: Identify emerging technologies (e.g., GenAI, Edge Computing) and evaluate their feasibility for integration into our core products.
- Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of senior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and implement optimizations to ensure 99.99% uptime.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and serverless architectures.
- Innovation Mindset: Strong track record of delivering innovative solutions in emerging technology sectors.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect Professional or equivalent is highly preferred.
