Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026+
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for board-level decision making
- Author high-impact foresight publications and thought leadership pieces
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with global R&D teams
- Quantify market opportunities and risks for emerging ecosystems
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and industry pioneers
- Integrate foresight outputs into product roadmaps and business strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of publishing trend analysis and scenario planning
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Strong background in business strategy and market analysis
- Ability to translate complex concepts into executable strategies
