Responsibilities

- Conduct scenario planning workshops with cross-functional teams to prepare for alternative futures
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote speeches at global innovation forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability ecosystem
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into business strategy
- Expertise in systems thinking, complex adaptive systems, and scenario modeling
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, nanotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for influencing C-suite and external stakeholders
- Published author or frequent speaker at TED, Davos, or equivalent venues
