Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership teams across global markets
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing business models and technologies
- Author high-impact trend briefings and disruptor reports influencing $2B+ portfolio decisions
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry thought leaders
- Mentor junior futurists while building organization-wide foresight capabilities
- Present strategic recommendations to Board of Directors and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years of applied experience
- Proven track record developing and implementing 5+ year strategic foresight programs
- Expertise in scenario modeling, trend analysis, and emerging technology assessment
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience influencing C-suite executives
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies background
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation journals
- Experience leading global teams across diverse cultural and industry contexts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP) preferred
