- Produce strategic foresight reports impacting $2B+ R&D portfolio decisions
- Chair the Global Tech Ethics Council, establishing protocols for responsible autonomous systems
- Mentor a team of futurists and data scientists using proprietary predictive modeling tools
- Present vision roadmaps to C-suite executives and sovereign wealth funds
- Patent breakthrough concepts in human-AI symbiosis and decentralized energy grids
Qualifications
- PhD in Future Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent with 10+ years foresight experience
- Published author in Nature Futures or similar peer-reviewed foresight journals
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (3+ case studies)
- Deep expertise in quantum machine learning and neuro-symbolic AI architectures
- Fluency in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Cross-Impact Matrices)
- Security clearance for classified national innovation initiatives
