- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders to prepare for disruptive shifts
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on future-of-work transformations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer next-generation solutions
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI trend analysis platforms
- Published author or speaker at global tech/futures conferences
- Deep understanding of climate tech, neuro-interfaces, and decentralized systems
