Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 strategic vision roadmap through multi-year scenario planning
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and market disruption vectors
- Develop predictive models for industry shifts and regulatory impacts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for future-proofing business operations
- Present foresight frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members
- Curate and manage the Horizon Futures Lab research ecosystem
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing long-term (5+ year) strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies and their societal/economic implications
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on transformational strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
