Responsibilities
- Develop and publish forward-looking strategic frameworks for 2026+ horizons
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech) and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Present visionary insights to executive leadership and board members
- Design and implement scenario-planning methodologies for organizational resilience
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate foresight capabilities across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published thought leadership in tech/societal transformation
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market impact
- Experience with AI/ML tools for predictive analytics
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
