Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Develop predictive models for emerging market disruptions (2024-2026)
- Design scenario planning frameworks for strategic decision-making
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with product and engineering teams
- Author annual 'Future State' reports distributed to 500+ industry leaders
- Monitor global policy/regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
