Qualifications
- 8+ years in AI/ML or quantum computing with 3+ in leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Robotics
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier conferences
- Expertise in neural interfaces or quantum machine learning
- Portfolio of deployed autonomous systems with >1M users
- Certification in AI ethics and responsible innovation
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven ability to secure multi-million dollar innovation grants
