Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year foresight initiatives, identifying and analyzing disruptive trends across technology, markets, and society
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational goals and emerging paradigms
- Conduct scenario planning and risk assessments for future business environments
- Present executive briefings and stakeholder workshops on future outlooks
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Translate foresight insights into product development and business strategy
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-focused solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing long-term innovation strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Strong business acumen with P&L responsibility background
