Responsibilities

- Partner with R&D teams to integrate future insights into product roadmaps
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging threats and opportunities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry experts
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers
- Advise C-suite on long-term strategic pivots and innovation investments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Experience advising executive leadership teams
- Global perspective with cross-cultural understanding
