Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026+ trend analysis across tech, climate, and social domains
- Design strategic innovation roadmaps for C-suite clients with measurable ROI
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities
- Author annual 'Future State' reports read by Fortune 500 executives
- Build and manage proprietary foresight methodologies using AI/ML tools
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
- Mentor junior futurists and curate the company's knowledge ecosystem
Qualifications
- 10+ years in futurism, strategy consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on 2020s technological disruption
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning frameworks
- Proficiency with foresight platforms (e.g., Trendalyzer, Foresight Platform)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 clients on innovation strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating predictive accuracy in major trend forecasts
- Certification in Futures Design or Strategic Foresight preferred
